Flint River Ranch ORDERING INFORMATION and FAQ How to Order Order online directly from our Flint River Ranch Online Store. You can visit either http://www.frrco.com/101013603 if you are a NEW customer or one of Greg's customers OR http://www.frrco.com/DZQ4 .  If you are not sure, you can use either site and Flint River Ranch will make sure that the order is procesed correctly.  Click on the ORDER NOW button at the top of the page to view the products and prices. You will need to set up a new account using the FRR temporary customer ID the first time you use the site.  In the future, you will be able to login and place your order quickly since you will already have a profile set up.  This system is linked to the Flint River Ranch corporate office so your orders will be processed and shipped efficiently.  Place an order by phone directly to Flint River Ranch - call 800-704-5779 (toll-free) or 951-682-5048.  Note the product code, description, and price when ordering.   Be sure to give them the distributor number FRR#101013603.   After your first order, you will be assigned your own FRR# and will be able to reorder using a toll-free number - the credit card or checking account on file with Flint River Ranch will be charged.  You can also set up Automatic Shipments at your convenience once you have a feeding schedule figured out .  Shipping and Returns If you are not completely satisfied with Flint River Ranch Products, return them for a full refund (less included shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase.  Call Flint River Ranch at 951-682-5048 for a return authorization. Prices include UPS delivery to your door but NOT  sales tax.   Since Flint River Ranch has distributors in every state, they will charge the appropriate sales tax for your state.  If there is no tax in your state, none will be charged no matter where your distributor is located. Delivery is only available in the continental United States.   Your order will be shipped from one of five regional warehouses in Denver, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, Mukilteo, WA and Riverside, CA so that your order should be delivered within 3-4 business days from the time you place your order online.   Security and Privacy Your credit card will remain on file with Flint River Ranch, but not with HealthyDogFood.com unless otherwise requested. Your name, address, phone, e-mail and assigned FRR# will be kept on file but will never be sold or used to send unsolicited information, except announcements of special offers from HealthyDogFood.com.
